FISH CURRY SAUCE
Spice up your fish sauce with this incredible fish curry recipe!
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
- Season the washed fish fillets with the onga Seasoning cube, salt and black pepper
- Allow to marinate for 30 minutes
- Fry the diced onions, garlic and ginger for two minutes on medium heat
- Add the chopped mixed bell peppers and carrots, allow for a minute
- Add the new onga curry powder, Seasoning, salt, pepper flakes and fish fillets. Allow for two minutes
- Finally add the corn starch slurry as a thickener, allow on low heat for 5 minutes
- Serve as desired
