FISH CURRY SAUCE

Spice up your fish sauce with this incredible fish curry recipe!

INGREDIENTS

  • Fish fillets
  • 1 onga Seasoning cube
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ tablespoon of black pepper
  • ½ cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic and ginger
  • 3 mixed bell peppers
  • 2 medium sized carrots
  • 1 ONGA Curry powder
  • 1 ONGA Cube
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ cup of corn starch slurry
  • METHOD

    1. Season the washed fish fillets with the onga Seasoning cube, salt and black pepper
    2. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes
    3. Fry the diced onions, garlic and ginger for two minutes on medium heat
    4. Add the chopped mixed bell peppers and carrots, allow for a minute
    5. Add the new onga curry powder, Seasoning, salt, pepper flakes and fish fillets. Allow for two minutes
    6. Finally add the corn starch slurry as a thickener, allow on low heat for 5 minutes
    7. Serve as desired
