METHOD
- Cook couscous according to package instructions and set aside
- In a clean wok or pan, fry the blended pepper, season with bay leaves, thyme, curry, salt
- Add Onga Chicken seasoning
- Add chopped bell peppers, carrot, sweet corn and peas
- Stir and cook for one minute
- Add cooked chicken and stir
- Add cooked couscous, stir and serve hot.
