Your go-to couscous recipe.


  • Couscous
  • Diced Bell Peppers (Green, Red and Yellow)
  • Diced or shredded chicken
  • Sweet Corn
  • Green Peas
  • Diced Carrot
  • Bay Leaves
  • Thyme
  • Curry
  • Scotch Bonnet Pepper (roughly blended)
  • Onga chicken
  • Butter (optional)

    1. Cook couscous according to package instructions and set aside
    2. In a clean wok or pan, fry the blended pepper, season with bay leaves, thyme, curry, salt
    3. Add Onga Chicken seasoning
    4. Add chopped bell peppers, carrot, sweet corn and peas
    5. Stir and cook for one minute
    6. Add cooked chicken and stir
    7. Add cooked couscous, stir and serve hot.
