AYAMASE SAUCE
How spicy do you like your ayamase sauce? We say add some Onga Curry powder and discover a total upgrade to your Ofada!

METHOD
- In a pot add cleaned assorted meat, sliced onions, salt, seasoning and onga curry powder. Stir to coat then cover to cook using it’s on liquid.
- As soon as it starts boiling, then add some water then cook till it is soft.
- In a food processor, process the green pepper and onions roughly
- Add bleached palm oil to a pot, add the assorted meat and cook slightly before adding locust beans and the processed pepper and onions.
- Fry in the oil for about 5 minutes or until it is slightly caramelized
- Add meat stock or water, add the onga curry powder and adjust taste
- Add the boiled eggs. Cover and allow to cook for about 3 to 5 minutes then serve with boiled ofada rice
