FISH STEW AND OKRO SOUP

METHOD
- Place a pan or pot on medium heat, add vegetable oil and heat for about 3-4 minutes
- Add chopped onions and fry for few minutes.
- Add blended tomatoes, peppers and onions and cook for 5 minutes
- Cut, wash and add your Titus fish to the stew
- Season with Onga Stew and add salt to taste
- Reduce the heat and allow stew to simmer for about 10 minutes and you are done
- Chop or grate okro according to your preferred size
- Place a small sauce pan on heat and add water
- Once the water comes to boil, add the chopped okro and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
- Add iru, onga classic or cube and salt to taste
- Cook for another 2 minutes and you are done
