CHICKEN SALAD

In this recipe, you learn how to dress and season chicken using Onga chicken seasoning for your salad.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken Breast (Whole)
  • Butter
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Fresh Rosemary (Optional)
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Onga Ginger Onion & Garlic
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • Salad (Combine however you want)
  • METHOD

    1. Lay raw Chicken breast on a dry chopping board
    2. Season both sides with salt and pepper
    3. Add oil to griddle pan and place the chicken breast
    4. Cook both sides for 5 minutes each
    5. Add butter to pan, toss in thyme, garlic and rosemary
    6. Once the butter melts, start basting the chicken till it’s fully cooked.
    7. Cut chicken into thin slices and serve with your choice of salad
