CHICKEN STIR FRY

This super loaded Chicken Stir Fry recipe is fast, fresh and easy to prepare. Loaded with vegetables and shredded chicken you can't resist a bite

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 whole Chicken Breasts (cut in strips and cleaned)
  • 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Chili Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 medium sized Onion (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
  • ONGA Chicken Powder (14g)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (crushed or paste)
  • 1/2 cup Carrot (cut in strips)
  • 1/2 pack of Spaghetti
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper (cut in strips)
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper (cut in strips)
  • 1 medium Yellow Bell Pepper (cut in strips)
  • METHOD

    1. Cook spaghetti for 7-8 minutes, drain and set aside.
    2. Pour vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat then add the shredded chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
    3. Season with salt and ONGA Chicken Powder
    4. Add chopped chili pepper and stir.
    5. Add sliced onions, garlic and ginger paste. Stir and cook for a minute.
    6. Add carrot, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper and stir.
    7. Add spaghetti, drizzle a tablespoon of soy sauce over and toss to mix well.
    8. Garnish with white sesame seeds.
    9. Serve hot!
