Your holiday meals are not complete without Jollof Rice! So we made a special twist to the regular this season. Enjoy our Baked Basmati Jollof Rice recipe!

METHOD
- Rinse rice thoroughly and pour in a baking dish.
- Combine the blended pepper and all ingredients and stir so that everything is fully combined
- Cover with foil paper and place in oven and let it cook for 45 minutes
- Remove from oven and add steamed peas and carrot
- Serve warm with fried plantain and meat of your choice
