CHICKEN PASTA

On the 2nd day of Christmas, we present to you pasta like never before! It’s our Chicken Pasta recipe. Made special with Onga Chicken cubes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 whole chicken breasts, diced and cleaned
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chili pepper
  • 6 medium tomatoes (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Onga Chicken Cube
  • Onga GoG
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, crushed or paste
  • 1 large carrot, cut in strips
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 small green pepper, cut in strips
  • 1/2 pack of Spaghetti, cooked according to package instructions
  • METHOD

    1. Cook spaghetti for 7-8 minutes, drain and set aside
    2. Pour oil in a wok over medium heat then add onions (fry till it’s translucent) then add the diced chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Set aside
    3. In a clean wok, add oil and onions. Fry for few minutes
    4. Add minced ginger and garlic
    5. Add diced tomatoes and chopped chili pepper and stir
    6. Season with Onga Chicken Cube, curry and thyme. Cook for 2 minutes
    7. Stir in carrot, green bell pepper, red bell pepper and chicken
    8. Lastly, add spaghetti and toss to mix well
    9. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot!
