INGREDIENTS

  • Boneless chicken/Chicken breast
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Chili powder
  • Onga Chicken Cube
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Tortilla Wraps
  • Lettuce
  • Cabbage (Purple or white)
  • Carrot
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomato
  • Salad Dressing (homemade or store bought)
  • METHOD

    1. Chop the chicken into bite-size pieces and add to the bowl along with seasoning – salt, onga chicken cube, black pepper and chili pepper
    2. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour
    3. Stir fry marinated chicken for few minute (till chicken is cooked) and set aside
    4. To assemble the wraps, add a spoon of mayonnaise on to the tortilla wrap, place lettuce leaves on the mayonnaise and top with your vegetables, chicken and dressing
    5. Roll up like a burrito
    6. Grill for few minutes on a grill or oven for 2 minutes
    7. Serve cut in half, if desired
