MIXED KEBAB

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon White Pepper
  • Onga Ginger Onion & Garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • Freshly squeezed lemon
  • Beef
  • Chicken
  • Shrimps
  • Onions
  • Bell Peppers
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Skewer sticks
  • METHOD

    1. Place wooden skewers in water to soak
    2. Pre-heat grill or griddle pan to medium heat.
    3. In a large bowl, whisk together paprika, chili pepper, white pepper, Onga GOG and salt
    4. Add beef, chicken, shrimp, vegetables to the mixture and toss to coat
    5. Cover with plastic wrap and transfer to the fridge to marinate, at least 20 minutes to 1 hour
    6. Skewer the beef, chicken and shrimp and vegetables and grill, turning occasionally, until steak is charred and barely pink on the inside, 8 minutes for medium
    7. Serve immediately with chips or salad
