POPCORN CHICKEN
We are having a staple Christmas snack! Say hello to our Popcorn Chicken and homemade dip recipe!

- Cut your chicken into small bite-sized pieces
- Put the pieces in a bowl and add black pepper and salt. Rub the seasoning all over the chicken.
- In a clean bowl add a cup of flour, add paprika, ginger powder, chili powder, oregano, salt and Onga chicken powder. Mix thoroughly.
- Whisk the egg into a separate bowl
- Dip each chicken bite in the egg and then roll it in the flour mix. For easier preparation, place the two bowls with the egg and flour side by side
- Once you coat the pieces in the flour put them in a separate wide plate or tray
- You can double coat them by dipping them in the egg and rolling them in the flour mix once again for extra crunch
- Heat oil and once it’s hot enough, carefully put the chicken pieces one after another. Don’t disturb or stir the chicken pieces and deep fry them in batches
- Fry them on medium heat until they get a golden color
- Drain them on a kitchen tissue and serve hot with mayo dipping sauce or ketchup
