INGREDIENTS
METHOD
- Wash and clean ram meat, set aside in a strainer
- Place ram meat in a cooking Pot add onions, thyme, spring onions, Onga GOG and Salt to taste
- Add water to the same level as the ram and cook for about 15 - 20 minutes
- Peel and cut the plantain into 'cube-like' pieces, season with a pinch of salt and fry till golden brown
- Take out the cooked meat and fry till brown
- Remove from Oil and set aside
- Using the same oil, add and fry pepper mix for approximately 10 minutes
- Add thyme, season with Onga classic and salt accordingly
- Finally, add the fried ram meat, the fried plantain, and the diced bell peppers.
- Stir together, and leave to simmer for 3 to 5 minutes
- Serve and enjoy
