INGREDIENTS

  • White Beans
  • Bell Pepper
  • Scotch Bonnet (Rodo)
  • Onions
  • Paprika (Shombo)
  • Eggs
  • Onga Classic
  • Salt to taste
  • METHOD

    1. Blend peeled beans, peppers and onions in a blender to smooth and thick paste. (Don’t add too much water)
    2. Pour the beans into a mixing bowl
    3. Add in the chopped onions, salt, and Onga Classic powder. Stir well
    4. Set a deep pan on medium heat, add in vegetable oil and wait till it’s hot.
    5. Using your hand or spoon, scoop in your paste in small portions
    6. Fry on each side till they golden brown and repeat the process till everything is fried
    7. Serve with Ogi (pap), bread or garri.
