METHOD
- Blend peeled beans, peppers and onions in a blender to smooth and thick paste. (Don’t add too much water)
- Pour the beans into a mixing bowl
- Add in the chopped onions, salt, and Onga Classic powder. Stir well
- Set a deep pan on medium heat, add in vegetable oil and wait till it’s hot.
- Using your hand or spoon, scoop in your paste in small portions
- Fry on each side till they golden brown and repeat the process till everything is fried
- Serve with Ogi (pap), bread or garri.
