BEEF STEW
How to use Onga: Ginger, Onion, and Garlic (#OngaGOG) to make Beef Stew #MamasHelpingHand.
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
- Boil goat meat and season with onions, fresh scotch bonnet pepper, Onga Ginger Onion & Garlic, Onga cubes and salt.
- Cook meat for 10-15 minutes.
- Take meat out and drain stock.
- In a clean pot, add vegetable oil and throw in some slices onions.
- Fry onions for few minutes till it’s golden brown the add blended pepper mix (Tomatoes, Scotch bonnet and Onions).
- Next, add meat stock for some flavor.
- Add Onga Ginger Onion & Garlic and Onga Stew.
- Add salt to taste.
- Lastly, pour in the fried meat and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve with a plate of white rice or any solid meal you love.
