How to use Onga: Ginger, Onion, and Garlic (#OngaGOG) to make Beef Stew #MamasHelpingHand.

INGREDIENTS

  • Beef (Cow meat)
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Pepper mix (Tomatoes, Scotch bonnet, onions and red bell pepper)
  • Onga Stew
  • Onga GOG
  • Onions Salt
  • METHOD

    1. Boil goat meat and season with onions, fresh scotch bonnet pepper, Onga Ginger Onion & Garlic, Onga cubes and salt.
    2. Cook meat for 10-15 minutes.
    3. Take meat out and drain stock.
    4. In a clean pot, add vegetable oil and throw in some slices onions.
    5. Fry onions for few minutes till it’s golden brown the add blended pepper mix (Tomatoes, Scotch bonnet and Onions).
    6. Next, add meat stock for some flavor.
    7. Add Onga Ginger Onion & Garlic and Onga Stew.
    8. Add salt to taste.
    9. Lastly, pour in the fried meat and cook for 5 minutes.
    10. Serve with a plate of white rice or any solid meal you love.
