BBQ CHICKEN

This is our barbeque chicken recipe! Lavish your chicken with this special sauce made with Onga chicken seasoning, transfer to the grill and watch the magic happen.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken Drumsticks
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Brown sugar
  • Chili powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • Mustard
  • Cornstarch
  • Minced Garlic
  • Onga Chicken Seasoning
  • White Vinegar

    • METHOD

    1. In a large bowl, mix together the tomato ketchup, brown sugar, chili powder, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard, cornstarch minced garlic, Onga chicken and white vinegar.
    2. Mix thoroughly with hand mixer or blender
    3. Toss in chicken drumsticks and coat generously
    4. Place in oven tray and bake for 30-35 minutes
    5. Serve with French fries or fried potato wedges
