POTATO PORRIDGE

This potato porridge is quick and easy to make, plus it packs a punch of delicious tasty goodness for a small family. With less than N1000, you too can make this budget-friendly potato porridge recipe for your family

INGREDIENTS

  • Sweet potatoes
  • Scotch bonnet (Ata Rodo)
  • Paprika (Shombo)
  • Onions
  • Palm Oil
  • Titus Fish
  • Onga Classic
  • Salt to taste
  • METHOD

    1. Peel potatoes and cut into bite size cubes.
    2. In a medium sized pot, add the peeled potatoes, water and finely chopped onions. Cover and cook for 10 minutes
    3. Add your blended pepper mix
    4. Add palm oil
    5. Add salt and Onga Classic and cook for another 5 minutes
    6. Add your shredded boiled Titus fish and stir
    7. Serve
